Prefabricated Social Facility Buildings – Yenikapı, Istanbul

Constructed in 2020 in Yenikapı, Istanbul for the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (İBB), these prefabricated social facility buildings have a total area of 780 m² and were completed in just 24 days. Prefabricated public structures are frequently chosen by government institutions due to their fast construction time, cost-effectiveness, and functional design. This project was developed as a modern and durable modular facility building to serve the urban community and was made ready for use in a short period. The implementation in Yenikapı stands out as a successful example of prefabricated social facility solutions.
