Prefabricated Housing Building – Şile, Istanbul

Constructed in 2019 in the Şile district of Istanbul, this prefabricated residential building has a total area of 66 m² and was completed in just 6 days. Prefabricated housing solutions offer an ideal alternative for rural and suburban areas thanks to their quick assembly, affordable construction costs, and high living comfort. This project was designed to meet the need for a secure, durable, and nature-integrated modular living space. The implementation in Şile stands out as a successful example for small-scale prefabricated house projects.
