Prefabricated Social Facility Building – Tepeören, Istanbul

Constructed in 2018 in Tepeören, Istanbul for the Turkish Electricity Transmission Corporation (TEİAŞ), this prefabricated social facility building has a total area of 186 m² and was completed in just 6 days. Prefabricated social structures provide public institutions with fast and functional solutions while offering durability and cost efficiency. This project was implemented as a modern and practical modular facility building serving the social needs of staff. The implementation in Tepeören stands out as an effective solution in the field of prefabricated public buildings.
